The trouble with Teens

So I finally got my new apartment. I was spending a lot more time at Nick's but some bureaucrats felt that our relationship could cause problems in the field. So I ended up behind a desk while Nick has been in the field and recently he has been so preoccupied with work, he has forgotten I exist. (at least I think)

Tony has me training new agents... I guess he thinks I am being too hard on them... or that I am sulking...


So I have been training and behind a desk... So when I got my apartment I had a small party and something happen... Everyone present lost their memories and Sky was there after. Once she left Carol and I came here to try to find out what happen. We know that there was a time shift, but what it has to do with Sky, we do not know.

Nick and Tony both agreed we should keep S.H.I.E.L.D. HQ on high alert. Nick hung back until everyone left...

"I miss you." He said with a gruff...

I smiled, "You know where I am."

Just then Fury was called away... He has been on the phone yelling all day...

I discovered a breech in security. Someone had an unauthorized access to the computers. I traced to Agent Mirai's office and computer. I have discovered that the intruder was Justice.
Nick wasn't happy....

After Agent Briefs saying he would deal with I thought that would be the end but today we got another unauthorized access. It was from Agent Briefs' laptop. I called him at home...

"Mirai, We have another unauthorized access. It is happening right now... From your lap top. A very cleaver break in." I tell him...

"Okay I am going to my lap top now..." I can hear him moving around... "WHAT THE HELL!"

"Agent Briefs?" I call....

"Justice Angelica ...." He is yelling and I hear a girls voice interrupt

"This is my fault sir... " I didn't recognize the voice but she had to be 16

"No it's mine Dad." that was Justice... "but I can explain... Shiara had a nasty run in with Sky and asked me what I knew about her... I told her SHIELD probably has a file..."

"SHIELD files are not for you kids... This is not a game!" He cleared his throat and returned to me, "I found our culprit and I will deal with it."

I went to provided a summary report of the incident to Nick but he was gone so I left it on his desk and went home...

I was tired and had some work to so I sat in bed and filled out reports. Just then I smelled his cigar...
"I left a report.." I started to say but he interrupted

"I know, I read it... it is why I am here..." he stepped in the room and I got up disappointed... but before I could speak he continued, "actually it is my excuse to come here..."
He pulled me close and we kissed...





The next morning I prepared a bath... Nick came in ... "So you going to join me?" I asked

"I have a meeting... I need...." He broke off his sentence....







"You sure?" I asked again

"Well, maybe for a little while." He smiled



Soon Tony had tracked him down and was calling and leaving messages on my answer machine.. Nick took it and then told me he really had to go...

Returning to the office Mirai informed me that Justice's new friend had bumped into the Terminatrix. "I know she isn't from this time or dimension... She is from an Alternate Universal dimension where things are different. Also her time frame would be the future."

"Could she be responsible for what happen at .." I began to ask

"Your Apartment? Justice met her while investigating it. I asked Justice and she says that the time shift was caused by a man name Galen. I have no clue who he is and Justice won't tell me. Shiara says he is her master and that is all she can say. " Mirai and I walked through the cubicles

"Master?" I stopped

"Yeah, some kind of voluntary servitude. She is a familiar." He added, "but I don't think he is dangerous. Justice says he is curious that is all."

I nodded, "Then why is this teen interacting with Sky?"

"Shiara said Galen sense she was dangerous and followed her here, that is all she would say." Mirai stated...

"Then maybe we have an ally" Nick stated nodding at us, "but if he wants those files let him come and ask."

We nodded at Nick...


We had a brief crisis that took our focus most the afternoon... It was nice fighting along side Nick... We even did some flirting... It was nice to be in the field again...


It was late so I decided I will file my after missions report on it tomorrow... I was leaving when Nick called me... Our HQ was dark... All the cubicles and offices were empty... The only light came from Nick's desk

"You wanted to see me?" I asked as he pulled me down in his lap...

Then Tony came in something about an election.... All I can say is very bad timing Tony...

A conversation with my "Baby Sister"

This SHIELD thing is pretty sweet. Unlike Batman, these guys encourage my natural ability to put bad guys six feet under. I pushed my way into this mission To find out about "Iron Boy" for one reason To talk to someone else my "father" has forsaken. Batgirl.

It Isn't like I have any love for for the "Saiyan squad", Or Tony "never met a drink he didn't liked " Stark, or any of his cronies. No I want some back up in my own little personal war on crime.


I did try to talk to Nightwing, but he's way to much like Batman. As for Robin. Screw that little geek. He stole the title that should be mine! But Batgirl? raised to be the greatest assassin of all time. Yeah we can work together. And stick it to Batman at the same time.


During the fight I made the mistake of threatening Spoiler's kid, since I know Bats has her, and I also Know that Alfred is the only one watching the brat. I wouldn't do nothing to a kid. But I thought it would get these teens to surrender quick.

All it did was get Iron Man to blast me. "SHIELD does not threaten kids!" he barks.


" Then what are we doing fighting teenagers then Stark?"

Before he could say anything Cassandra attacks me.

Really that was a good thing, Since I got to talk to her well after she hit me a few times. " Do you know who I am Baby sister?" I ask.


" Red Hood." She spits. " You betrayed Batman."

" Wrong he betrayed me. He let me die, then didn't avenge me." I spit. " he let The Joker just go around killing people!"

" Killing's wrong." She mumbles.

" Is that what's he's been telling you?" I shout.

" No. When i did that as a kid..... I saw what he felt, pain fear .. and nothing it's wrong."

I shook my head I can't believe you'd think that after what the secret Society did to all of your friends in Bludhaven. You had to want to get them back make them pay for the innocents they slaughtered. "

I hit a nerve there. " Yes... I did. But that was wrong. "

" No it wasn't" ! I tell her. " It was right! What's wrong is letting them live so they can get out of prison over and over again, and then they'll just killl more. " You can help me Batman rejected you because you acted like a person instead of a pawn. You fell in love. Something he can't allow. Buyt me I want you to join me the boy too what do you say?"


" Jason... I know you were hurt... You should talk to Batman."

Okay time to go for the win. " Your boyfriend is already becoming quite the killer. "


" What?" She asks.

" Well you know what he did to Ra's Al Ghul's son, Did you know what he did to the to the Bus boy that made the pass on you?"

" He took... him outside to talk to ... him. "

I grin" He broke his arms. " I watched it nice little show. The little punk squealed like a baby while Vincent loomed over him it was impressive The kid 's going to make one fine vigilante one day."

I think she starts crying though it's hard to tell with her full face mask. " No. I.. Can save him.. He won't be a killer.. he'll be a hero."

I laugh. " Cass, Cass, Cass. He's a killer, I'm a killer, and so are you. the time of Batman's type of hero is over. They let the world fall apart, and soon Iron Man is going to lock them all up in a Negative Zone Prision. But that doesn't need to happen to my little sister. All you need to do is sign a paper, if you can't do that I can teach ou how, and we can all be one happy family. And I won't judge you on your boyfriend choice like Bruce. "

" He's not a killer..." She sounded like she was trying to convince herself more than me.

I pat her on the shoulder " Why do you think you were attracted to him?"

" Robin said...." I grind my teeth at that punk being called "Robin."

" He's half saiyan kid. They are all fighters and killers. " I answer.

" Goku's not."

" But your not dating Goku's son. Your dating Vegeta's and Goku has killed a few aliens."

Before I can say anything else, Tony Stark Tells us all to stop fighting. Turns out " Iron Boy" Is an alternate version of himself. He gives all the kids the "you should register" speech. And we end up leaving with nothing. Oh and i get a reprimand from Deputy Director Stark. Not that I care I think I got through to Batgirl.She'll be regisering soon enough.

Someone has usurped my identity.

I've been taking questions from Fury, about my dealings with Deathstroke. This has been tedious at best. I was glad to finally get out of his the office. and do some field work. You know after my tour of duty with SHIELD is over I'm never going to get the smell of cigar smoke out of my suits or armors.

A shield agent named Simmons told me about some Superman ripoff we just sent to the Vault. that the Anti reg teams The Teen Titans , and Legacy brought in.

" And your telling me about a powerless Superman wannabe because? " I ask.


" Because one of the Legacy members was in your armor sir. he called himself 'Ironboy'."



" Think you soldier." I acknowledge and call up Mirai, and Son Goten.

Neither was too happy to work with me. Especially Mirai who had a fight with me a while back. " Ok. So we are we helping you with this?" Mirai eyes me skeptically.

" Because one of my aromrs isn't a toy to be played with by kids. Also Mirai, your litlle brother and sister are on that team. And your brother Goten is trying to train them. While they listen to someone that answers to the description of the Question. So obviously i think you two can talk them down so this doesn't end up being a fight. "


Goten shrugs, And Shang Chi, Black Widow, and a clone of Quicksilver are coming with us ..."

" Just in case, they are teenagers after all, and two of them are saiyans, no offesnse but your not the most peaceful alien race I've run into."



" Ok " Mirai snorts. " So But a Quicksilver clone won't stand a chance against Inertia That kid's on the Flash's level. "

I grin. " yes that's why he has West's dna spilced into him. He can access the Speed Force as well."


" And what abouyt theer teachers? " Goten questions.

"The Sentry should be more than enough to defeat them." I assure. Still I hope It doesn't come to a sensless battle. But either way, I'm going to put "Ironboy's" armor on the scrap heap.
