I need a drink.

But I won't take one . When you pilot the most powerful; armor on the planet , you give in to weakness. I almost did if it not for Sue Richards, appearing in front of me, and knocking the whiskey out of my hand.

She was there to blame me for evreything her husband did during the war. I was mind controlled what's his excuse? She even went so far as to say I ruined their marriage.

I still believe that was her fault. She's the one that left her husband I had nothing to do with it. The reason I almost succumbed to temptation was that My old Friend Happy Hogan, had been grievously injured a fight with the Spymaster.


He's in a coma Something else has also changed. After the whole Vegeta thing I fought this terrorist who was exposed to this Techno organic virus called the Extremis To defeat him I Injected Extremis into myself. Now My armor is armor is pretty much part of my body. Not only that but my mind can connect with every computer on the planet.

I absent mindedly told Pepper Happy's wife about me ability, and she begged me to kill him with this ability. I can't do that . At least I don't want to.

What's worse is I asked Cap if he had anything to do with it, and a bunch of his former " Secret Avengers" jump me , joined by Spider- man. I defeated them. I've also was able to show off one of my new abilities. I can now mess with Peter's spider sense making giving him false positives.


Though peter refused to wear the Red , and gold armor I made for him, I was able to scan him during Avengers meetings, and discovered how his sense worked. My armor now has a version of it.

So Cap But Now I know that Cap had nothing to do with what happened top Happy. But could one of his of the other anti Reg's have done it? Or another one of the enemies I've faced?

Vegeta most likely wouldn't have done it. He would consider hiring someone the coward's way. That and he would go after me. Bulma? Last year I would have said no. Now . I'm not sure. Most likely not.

Henchman? Possibly. Though I've been in his bank accounts. And well I transferred the money he owed Professor X Into Charles' account. The rest I sent to charity. I doubt Spymaster would want to work for Mr. Abrahms anyway. He's little relationship with that unfaithful Magdelena has put the badguys against him.


I still owe that punk for what he did to me. Though I understand his reasoning for it. I was mind controlled into coming up with this idea that I should mindwipe Magdelena. He thinks he was protecting her.

But all he really did was make me his enemy, and you Don't want me as an enemy, as I'll show him soon enough. Carol keeps calling to me . I don't know maybe Cap's right , maybe I was taking advantage of her in her weakness...... No She's a big girl she can make her own choices.

How am I going to tell her that the Baby she's carrying isn't Logan's like she hoped? The blood test came back It's Simon Williams aka Wonder Man's son.

Stupid Wonder Bread!

So I walk by a closet or somethin' and Capitan America comes out of it with Carol Danvers.

" I'm sorry Carol, but I can't. I Know your grieving for Logan, I won't take advantage of you like Tony has. "

" What are you talking guys?" I ask. " Wolverine's been back from the dead for like a week now."

Carol screams , hurting my ears. " I have to see him!'

" I dunno." I stop her. " He's been saying that the baby your carrying is not his."

She punches a wall. "Why that no good Dead Beat!" She screams.


After she leaves there is an uncomfortable silence. I finally break it by saying " How 's it going Cap?" he glares at me " Maybe you should be more worried about how your Brother is."

I was he stalks off I wonder about what he means. Then I get it. Man Is anyone ever going to forgive me for what I did In the Civil War? Gohan still hasn't though At least he's talking to me these days though.

I walk down the hall a bit, and see a bunch of agents gathered around something. I get closer, and see it's that loser Simon Williams. " Yeah I hit that!" I look over some guys shoulder, and see he'd showing them all That play hero issue with my wife on the cover.



" Put that Away Before I make you put it away! " I threaten.

" Aw still feeling in adequate Goten? Let me guess you've never pleased bra like I have."

I clench my fist. " She never did anything with you Wonder Bread!"

" Awww I bet she just wants to save your ego. Because she certainly knows why I'm called Wonder Man!"



I turn ss4 The other agents are smart enough to realize They don't want to be in my way right now. I smack Wonder Idiot out of the Helicarrier. He comes in a few minutes later In what I guess is his version of a super form.

" I'm going to put you down once and for my fists hit as hard as Thor's Hammer!"

Then when he actually hits me , well I kind of doubt it. I've never been hit by Thor's hammer. But Vegeta has. So has Gogeta , Which in that one I actually saw it's affect . It knocked a guy twice as powerful as me silly.

While Wondy's punch? Well Hercules , and Even Superboy have hit me harder. It stung, but really it wasn't crippling.

I slammed into him. beat him until he actually begged me to stop. Then I beat him more. I finally got to teach that loser, about talking smack. Also claiming that he touched my girl, which I know for a fact he didn't.


Well I gotta go... Bra wants me to dress up like Santa for some charity thing . I think she just likes me in my ss4 form and in a Santa suit, she's weird . Oh well Happy holidays!

Tony's a little nuts.

It looks like it's become love central. Here at SHIELD HQ. With me , and Tasha, along with Tony, and Carol I kind of wonder if Tony has told Carol that there's been reports of Logan being very much alive.

When Enter our office I see Stark yelling at someone who isn''t Wonder man. Oddly it's Mirai Trunks , and Son Goten. " Where have you two been the last couple days?"

" We've been trying to separate Vegito...." Mirai starts.

" Against his will am I right?" Stark interrupts.

" Yes but our Dads were trapped inside him." States Goten.

" In Vegeta's case that could be a good thing ." Stark answers getting Mirai a little steamed. " You have to admit, Mirai, your Father spends half his time on his own selfish missions Like his fight with Superman. What was the pin of that ? I'll tell you to stroke his own ego."

" And you should know all about that eh Tony?" I laugh .

Stark Sighs. " Ok now for You Son Goten Why were you seen nude running around West City?"


The kid turns three shades of crimson. " Well my Father -in Law locked me out of his house,I was sleepwalking , and Well I guess he thought it was funny or something."

" This is the man you wanted to save? " Stark Questions.

" Well my dad was trapped in Vegito too." Goten states.

" Look you two." I was truly getting sick of this. "You two did nothing wrong go back to your posts."

" Fury quit stepping on my authority!" Stark shouts.

" Oh get over it. Vegito was getting more , and more unstable as time went on, I saw it myself after the Superboy Prime thing. If he kept up We'd have had to have stepped in at some point. They took care of him before he became a problem . "

Before he can answer Steve Rogers, better known as Capitan America storms in. " Stark! What's this I'm hearing about you wanting to register superheroes again?"

" it's not registering, it's licensing. Look The registration act will come back worse than ever when the next untrained Hero blows up a school . "

" Are you trying to start a new Civil War?" Cap spits. " Or are you being mind controlled again?"

" Steve, we used to be friends, I'd like us to be so again. But we can't just go back to the old days?"

" Why not? There is no reason to be stirring all this back up when we just won our rights back. I will never support a law that makes us slaves to SHIELD."

" Times change Steve. You have to change with them, or be a dusty relic."

" Tony. You can't just accept what these people want to do to us."

That's the funny thing Steve , Me and Mirai came up with this one ourselves. With no Help."

Cap loses it, and tries to Punch Tony. A rush of wind blows through the office, and The Sentry appears from no where. And he's grabbed Cap's fist before it can reach Stark's face.

" You see my Contingency Plan there Steve?" Stark smirks. " I've been threatened by everyone from Vegeta, To The Henchman , And even the Hulk. And as my runin with Henchman has shown I can;t always get to my armor, But Rob Can always get to me in time.

Steve pulls his hand out away from the Sentry. " I see, so now your a coward, and Sentry is your flunky." Cap walks out , and I follow him.

" Hey Cap? Look neither one of us believes Tony should be in charge of this. Look Do you think you can get the heroes to organize this. Without or interference?"

" Let me think about it." Steve answers.

Later Cap walks into Carol Danvers' office. " Carol I'd like to talk to you about this relationship you,ve started with Tony."

" Why Should we talk about him Steve ." She answers " When we can talk about us."

Agent Warbird: personal Journal....

I went to Logan's Funeral. The bitch made me feel welcome. (Sarcastic). Tony and Scott were fighting over who wold sit next to me and that jerk off Bobby made jokes….

I went to the docks… When Logan and I were together we came here… I was sitting with Tony when I saw that bitch she was rubbing her head….


"Tony let's go." I said… Tony drove me to his place…

"Carol, Agent Scott says you plan on joining this race. Do you think it wise in your condition?" Tony walked over and handed me some orange juice.

"I cant back out now. I only joined… it doesn’t matter…. Seems Scott is my partner now." I sigh

"Does he know about… the baby?" Tony asks

I nodded… Tony walked over and turned and began to kiss him… The heat exploded and once again I found myself in his bed…

I wanted a drink but there was no finding one here…

"Tony," I tried waking him… "Tony I have to tell you something," the guilt was overwhelming. I had to tell him.. I deserved his hate… "Tony…." He rolled over and pulled me into him cuddling to my body and kissing me in his sleep…

I slipped out and wrote it in a note… Then I went for that drink…

Just as I was about to walk in the bar, Tony stopped me…

"Tony, don't stop me.. I am a horrible person.. He is dead and it is my fault…" I cried, "Let me have a drink just before you arrest me."

"I am not going to let you get drunk Carol… It isn't the answer," he paused, "I am not going to arrest you either… No one at SHIELD needs to know this."

As he cradled me up into his arms I began to wonder why he wasn't going to arrest me…

"You’re the … it is your Job.. you have." I cried between sobs

"Well, I am not as much an asshole as everyone thinks. I know what it is like to be controlled, whether it by someone or by your own emotions and desperation… " He said…


The Next Day I watched Black Widow and Nick and began to cry…

"Take her home Tasha. No take her to Tony and tell him to take her home…" Nick barked


Soon Tony walked over draping his coat around me… "The Snow is really coming down but its pretty why don't we walk." He said…

"Tony why isn't anyone from SHIELD hunting that cretin down?" I cried….

"Relax Carol. Don't worry about that.. Not for Now…" He whispered…

"I can take her Tony." Scott grinned….
"No Agent Summers, I have her…" Tony glared at the X men…

"Actually I would rather walk alone… " I pushed away and by the time I got to the apartment Tony was there…

"You know I can help put the baby crib together. Help you set up some of the baby gifts from the Enterprise Xmas Party. " He force a smile

I burst into tears, "That was the last time I saw Logan alive."

funeral for a short angry Canadian.

I had to fire Yamcha. The guy may be powerful but he completley failed his last psych exam. Me and Carol had slept together, the other night. Now I guess I'm a little guilty about that. Because she was mourning the death of Wolverine.

James Howlett, most commonly known as Logan, is wasover 100 years old. In the short time he's been with the New Avengers, And the many times. I,ve met him over the years I never would thought I would be at his funeral. I recruited Logan personally. Funny I thought he'd out live all of us.

That's until Sabertooth had somehow gotten the Mutant cure. I suppose that's the best thing though, At least Carol can finally get over him. There was no way he'd ever leave his little Japenese girlfriend, and he was going to fight for full custody for his son. It's all for the best.

So After the Super boy Prime situation I go to the X-mansion. ( Note to self DR. Robert Bruce Banner disappeared Though he has been transforming into the more intelligent " Mr Fixit" Personility. The savage Hulk was the one who fought Superbopy Prime. Since all the Hulks hate me. I need to watch out for him.

The funeral was rather solemn.


Except for Iceman, who was joking and cutting up. Ipull Mr. Drake away from the place since he was upsetting people." What is your prroblem?" I whisper.

" This is stupid yopu know. We should just put his body in a bed , and wait."

" What are you talking about?" I ask.

" Logan will come back. He always does. I've come back a few times myself,but he's got the Healing Factor."


" Bobby." I sigh. " He was cured he died a human."

" Yeah dude your a human right? How many times have died and come back Iron Man?"

He has a point there. I hope for Carol's sake Bobby's not right this time. Hmmm I thought I saw somone I know. Well I should find MS. Danvers She stormed away because Of Bobby's rudness. I'll figure out who that was later.


I find her at a place she says Her and Logan go to all the time.

Of course it's a battleship. " Looks like Superboy Prime did a number on your face. " She laughs sadly.

" I guess. " I answer. " I'm a lot better off than some. He killed people without a second thought. Crippled many more.Carol we need to talk about what happened... "

" I'm not in the mood ! " She yells and flies off. Damn. Wait a minute I know who that was I saw back at the funeral. The Punisher!

Nick Fury: Ex Agent of SHIELD

For the last few days I've been Living with Tasha. I've been Petioning the higher ups at SHIELD for my job back. I'm a little afraid of what Stark will do with the position.

As far as anyone knows, he's still insane. That miracle cure of Mirai's could only be temporary. The heat Between me and Black Widow is almost palpable. I can barley get any work done.

The problem is I don't know. She seems to be traumatized over something the TX did to her. Maybe I should back off. At this point I get an Email from Agent Mirai. I went there that evening, passing Wonder Woman on the way.


During the dinner Mirai seemed to not know that he invited me. I'm beginning to suspect his daughter did it. Mirai needs to change his passwords. After dinner we drank, a lot.

As we played pool, I asked him about his helping Stark.

" Well Mr Fury, I've been to the Future, and if we went the way we were going, another worse Civil War was coming. " Well Your living proof That my manipulations changed the timestream."

Oh great. He's speaking egghead, like my forehead, isn't pounding enough from the whiskey. " How do you mean?"


" In the original timeline we were headed too, TX killed you."

" Look kid, maybe you should lay off the time travel."

" Huh?" he asks.

I look around. " you have pretty much anything a man might want. Yet I notice Your getting obsessed , with the future, and it's causing a rift between you and the little woman, isn't it?"

He just changes the subject. " So let me explain the new plan me and Tony have come up with. "


It's not a bad idea, the super heroes governing themselves, under Shield watch with a liaison. Probably Tony. Though I don't think many will trust him though. That and the same people in SHIELD , and the government would rather want all superpowers banned, and won't like this idea, though many of them lost the elections, and jobs after the Civil War.


Well I was too drunk to Drive home so I took Vampi, and Mirai's offer to spend the night that's until I find a coffin? No way , am I sleeping in that. Oh and then the little girl appears in the room with me. Yeah no way , am I sleeping here.

I call a cab back to Tasha's . The next morning I wake up , and not in Tasha's bed. Not knowing what happened. When Tahsa was about to remind me, Stark comes a callin' on the video screen.

He wanted me to meet him At the Helicarrier.

I go into what used top be my office. First thing I notice is all the alcohol is gone.

" What do ya want Stark? " I ask.

" Well It seems now that you've been cleared, All the sudden the superiors don't trust me to direct SHIELD by myself. They want us to be co directors."

" What you mean is they want me to watch you?" I laugh.

" I suppose can we at least act Civil as long as we have to do this?"

" Yeah okay." For now Stark. For now.
